CANCELLATION POLICY

It is always best to contact us as soon as you know you must either reschedule your appointment or cancel it. 

By providing your credit card information at the time of booking, you are authorizing Nadine’s Hair Studio to process the following charges if our cancellation policy is not met:

  1. 24 hours or more notice:  Service(s) will be cancelled/re-booked, and the deposit is transferrable to another booking.
  2. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Appointments can no longer be rescheduled or cancelled by clients. Please call or email us to let us know, so that we can cancel your service. The deposit is non-transferrable.; however, you will not be charged for the full service. Future bookings will require a new deposit.
  3. No-show and Same-day Cancellations: 100% of the service fees will be charged. Deposit remains non-transferrable. We further reserve the right to decline future bookings.
